Abstract :
The first discusses electric engineering theory and te technical question as to which tan δ increase and the level of insulation decrease lead to microorganisms in transformer oil. The microorganism is successfully separated from the oil with self-made optional nutrient medium. The conclusion shows that the stranger ability of biological oxidization exists in oil and the charged bacteria and polarity in metabolic process directly affect the characteristic of insulation
