Abstract :
The location of partial discharges is attempted by using the ultrasonic wave of partial discharges. At present, the experiment is carried out in the simple model of the transformer. Peaks of the simulated ultrasonic wave appeared in the time which was almost equal to peaks of actual ultrasonic wave. And, the ratio of the amplitude of the ultrasonic wave was also almost in agreement. The simulation was able to reproduce the ultrasonic wave by partial discharge in two dimensions. The experimental system was simulated, and the transmission was confirmed in two dimensions
