Abstract :
The main characteristics of the fluidized bed combustor for sewage sludge are captured by model uncertainties, time-delays and stiffness. For its control problem, a simultaneous adaptive decoupling and model matching scheme is proposed and a new controller structure is developed. The present controller parameterization does not depend on the minimal least squares so that the results reported in Jingmin Jia et al. (2001) are improved. Numerical simulation demonstrates that the proposed design can reach the desired performance requirements
