Abstract
The neural network signal processing is applied to the HF ocean radar. The method gives high resolution results of Doppler spectra for received FMCW signals. The resolution obtained by the proposed method is demonstrated to be about 3 times better than that processed by the FFT. The dwell time required for detecting Doppler shifts can be shortened to detect rapidly-changing characteristics of targets
