Abstract

In order to reduce data point table check work between the power distribution remote terminal unit (DRTU) and distribution automation master system, this paper propose the distribution automation communication architecture based on IEC 61850 and Web Services. First, the information model and information exchange model of DRTU is studied. The standard information model of DRTU was established by using the IEC 61850 logical node. The IEC 61850 Web Services mapping is studied and realized the information model and real-time data transmission. Through the prototyping, it is verified that the IEC 61850 Web Services mapping can meet the demand of distribution automation communication.
