Abstract :
This paper analyses methods of the transmission and execution of the temporary speed restriction in CTCS-0/1, CTCS-2, CTCS-3, compares with their characteristics, points out the security risks exist in CTCS-0/1´s method, and proposes a new system based on data radio transceiver wireless data transmission which is suitable for CTCS-0/1. The system realizes closed-loop confirmation between the onboard and ground system of the transmission of temporary speed restriction, equipment automatic execution and supervision of CTC, improves the reliability of the temporary speed restriction information transmission and execution. Furthermore, this paper discusses the composition, working principle and key technologies of the system, and analyses its reliability and security.
