Abstract :
This paper summarizes several methods of estimation and theoretical calculation for the capacitance current of power cable line, and several relative test methods as well. A new capacitance current estimation method applicable for Shanghai Pudong Grid is proposed according to the actual circumstance in this district. A practicable work flow for the analysis of capacitance current of power cable line is designed, basing on the estimation method proposed in this paper. And finally two practical applications, including an interactive debugging test for differential current in a 110kV substation and a feed example in a 35kV substation, are discussed to prove the validity and applicability of the estimation method proposed.
