Abstract :
In this work periodic arrays of GaP nanopillars are fabricated on (100) undoped GaP substrate by colloidal lithography and dry etching using Ar/Cl2 chemistry. Nanopillars with different heights, shapes and spatial distance were fabricated by this method.
