Abstract :
In this work, we present a broadband OPO, for the first time based on a broadband zero-dispersion setup. The novel OPO is pumped by a home built frequency-doubled Yb:KLu(WO4)2 thin-disk laser oscillator delivering 23 W of average output power. After the SHG of the infrared 500 fs-pulses to the OPO-pump wavelength of 516 nm, more than 13.5 W of green pump power are available for pumping the BBO crystal within the OPO.
