Abstract :
Power supply enterprises often face the problem of large backlog of retired assets because of low attention on retired assets reusing. Taking Shanghai Electric Power Company as an example, this study gives some references to electric power enterprises in retired assets management. Starting from the management and reusing of retired assets, the paper mainly discussed its optimization and the corresponding mechanisms including the operating and security mechanism and information system, which could contribute largely to enhancing retired assets management, raising reuse rate and saving project cost.
