Abstract
The environment surrounding the electrical distribution network has recently undergone significant changes including new power generation resources and new consumption habits. A number of distributed energy resources connected to the distribution network such as photovoltaic generators (PVs) and wind generators increase every year and electric vehicles (EVs) are becoming more popular.
