Abstract :
This paper seeks to illustrate the implementation of a Probabilistic Risk Assessment (PRA) methodology as a foundation for space mission support risk assessment and management process. Identifying the risks to delivering expected spacecraft data services to a mission is only the first part of the risk assessment. Arriving at a quantified probability (Likelihood) of the manifestation of these risks is the desired outcome of the process.
