Abstract
The DoD Space Test Program (STP) is the primary space-flight provider for the entire Department of Defense (DoD) space science and technology community. 12STP supports the pursuit of basic science potentially beneficial to the DoD, and the reduction of mission risks inherent in technology transformation with respect to space control, communications, geolocation, situational awareness, surveillance and weather.
