Abstract :
An automatic design method for DC-DC buck converter is proposed in this paper. The power stage, control circuit and compensation network are considered simultaneously in the formulation. The proposed method is based on a numerical optimization strategy. Since a spice-level accuracy is guaranteed during the optimization, the proposed method can serve as a practical tool for buck converter automatic design and optimization.
