Abstract :
This paper is based on the frequency range characteristics of ship radiated noise. The “Three Highlights” model of the short-distance ship radiated noise is adopted and the possibility of locating and identifying by taking ships as volume targets is discussed. The location algorithm of different parts is discussed here. And based on the completed all-digital processing hardware platform, the time-delay estimation and location software of self-adapting parameter model of noise radiated by propeller of ship´s stern is accomplished. Through the reduced-scale test in dead room, the reliabilities of algorithm and software and hardware systems are proved.
