Dual Manifold feed High Power Multiplexers with Interacting, Synchronously Tunable, Channels

Design techniques exist for fixed tuned interacting channel multiplexers with direct or manifold feeds e.g. [1,2]. With the growth of cellular communications the need has arisen for frequency plans to be modified continually to accommodate growth and daily demand patterns. In this paper a solution is proposed using a dual manifold feed * which solves the problem of channels interacting when tuned.
