Abstract :
The goal of the research is to pursuit high quality content in the learning management system (LMS). This paper starts from exploring influence factors on the content quality in a LMS by interviewing teachers. Then, the theory of planned behavior is referred to develop a new model for content quality on LMS. There are 11 possible categories with 28 variables unearthed which are facilitating condition, relative advantage, external factor, computer self-efficacy, ease of use, social influence, habit, perceived usefulness, belief, timing and feedback. The result might have the significant theoretical and practical implications. The result should be the reference to the school administrators to achieve a kindly environment for LMS conducting. While in theoretical, it will contribute to further research on critical success factors of LMS content development.
