Abstract :
In the report the research data of ESDN with quasi-distributed nonlinearity are submitted. ESDN represent as millimetric wave antennas-rectifiers (rectannas) with Schottky diodes. During research the approximate model of rectanna simplify searching the comprehensible rectanna structure. Using this model the opportunity to create millimetric wave rectannas based on greed structures with unit power up to 8kW/m/sub 2/ and a filtration of harmonics bettter then - 50dB is demonstrated.
