Abstract :
The paper discusses conceptual questions of modelling and optimizing of quality providing processes. The manufacture technological processes of radio-electronic devices are characterized by sets of industrial defects streams of different intensity which can turn out at any stage of manufacture, have the specific nature, sources of occurrence and direction. Each of such processes can be considered as a system in which there is a constant transformation of these streams, in particular their condensation at performance of technological procedures and underpressures at performance of procedures of the control.
