Abstract :
The authors describe the design of a video BiCMOS track-and-hold amplifier that combines a charge cancellation circuits and feedthrough suppression in a closed-loop architecture to achieve 12-b accuracy. For a 4-V full-scale input voltage and 50-Ω output load the track-and-hold settles to within 1 mV of its final value in 42 ns
