Abstract :
D band 2nd harmonic InP Gunn oscillator well stabillized by high Q quasi-optical open resonator is presented. The output power of more than 2.3 mW at 136 GHz is achieved. The lunability of the oscillator over more than 10 GHz is also developed. Thie Q value of the qussi-cavity is also measured and is found to be of the order 105.
