Abstract

The traditional distribution way of urban household appliances is difficult to adapt to the increasingly fierce competition of distribution market. Starting from the operation organization structure, the paper constructed a joint distribution center management platform, and indicated the core problems of joint distribution. Solutions were proposed by using process analysis and mathematical modeling method. The operational model of urban household appliances constructed in the paper can provide suggestions to impel joint distribution business.
