  • Abstract
There is no computer which is superior to the human brain. Even Neumann type computers never transcend human brains. The reason is that a human brain possesses tens of thousands of fan-outs for a single logic element, enabling parallel processing through a concept of pattern processing-based image and speech recognition. However, a Neumann type computer can work as a personal digital assistant. This type of era is around the corner. In order to realize this scenario, the ideal state of electronic packaging technology has been summarized from the viewpoint of the entire system
