Abstract :
The micro Extended Analog Computer, an emerging research area of unconventional computation, can be applied to pattern recognition and information processing, etc. In this paper, the system structure and concept of 2-dimension uEAC are explained, firstly. From idea of implementation, the prototype circuit and the application of semi-conductive foam are studied. Furthermore, a classifier, combined with uEAC and particle swarm optimizer, is proposed and applied to the classic XOR classification problems. The experimental results demonstrate the effectiveness in the classic XOR, tri-AND and tri-XOR problems.
