Abstract :
Emergency food transportation is an important part of emergency food logistics. How to deal with various difficulties and to transport required quantity and quality emergency food to the demand point in time during natural disaster is worth studying deeply. This paper, with reasonable assumptions about transportation problem, proposed an optimization model of emergency food transportation plan during natural disaster considering of the effect of risk factors, and was proved by an example. This model provided a reasonable optimization method for emergency food transportation plan under risk circumstances, and it could be seen that restrictions in time, demand, risk and cost comprehensively are truly crucial in emergency food transportation strategies.
