Abstract :
Electronic toll collection system, developed and spread rapidly in recent years, is a kind of modern traffic toll collection means based on RFID technology. In this paper, some parameters of the physical layer defined by the national specifications of China on ETC&DSRC, GB/T20851-2007, are listed out and then a budget analysis is made to estimate the gain of antenna, the radiation power and the noise feature of the reader. Based on the analysis, a kind of concrete structure of ETC reader transceiver is proposed here and the detailed performance and parameters of every circuit modules in the RF transceiver are given.
