Abstract :
This paper studied the effect of entrepreneur´s social capital on organizational dynamic capability from commercial and institutional aspects. Through investigation, it was found that the network intensity of institutional social capital has significant positive effect on the market dynamic capability. Furthermore, the result also indicated that organizational slack has served as a moderator for the interference mechanism stated above, showing that the effect of entrepreneur´s social capital on dynamic capability is restricted by organizational slack on most occasions.
