Abstract :
Logistics element capability is a key factor in improving service capability of distribution center. After analyzing the process of logistics processes and the characteristics of logistics element capability of distribution center, the logistics system model was built based on TPN (Timed Petri Net), and Arena software was used to achieve the simulation. By analyzing the result of the simulation, bottlenecks were found and eliminated, which optimized the logistics element capability. Moreover, the validity of the method was verified through exemplification.
