Abstract :
Traditional research works on service expansion lack dynamic predictability, psychological plausibility and context generality while service is partially studied as an independent variable of market environment, service organization or consumer behavior. Based on the extracting of longitudinal service matrices and integrating of all the time series processes embedding service expansion, this paper provides an all-inclusive dynamic parity model on service analyzing, moreover, empirical test suggestions are presented as well.
