Abstract :
Lacking control and hard to trace the quality of food are the existing problems in the current food industry. Through the requirement analysis of the food quality supervision, we proposed a design method on constructing the quality supervision platform of the whole process of food production with the use of the technology of Internet of Things(IOT), which included the architecture and function structure of the platform. In this paper, we also presented the crucial technology of constructing the platform and relevant implementation, including the associated matching algorithms between the RFID tags and one dimensional code, building methods of food quality model by theory of ontology-based context modeling, and the combination and presentation methods of service functions for the different users. The platform presented in this paper can basically satisfy the requirements of food quality supervision through the test.
