Abstract :
We have developed high intensity oscillator capable for generating ultrashort <;20 fs EUV pulses. The EUV radiation should be generated in an additional intra cavity focus in which we put a gas jet. Only the focusing mirrors for second focus and the gas jet are put in a small vacuum chamber equipped with two Brewster windows to couple in the light.
