  • Abstract
    Various approaches to CAD of microwave mixers are considered and one of the modifications of harmonic balance technique is chosen. Software for nonlinear and linear circuits design are briefly described. Stages of microwave mixers design are written up. A DBS diode balanced and a dual-gate MESFET mixers are presented as examples.
