Abstract :
This paper describes a novel design of MESFET based frequency multipliers with automatically stabilized output power level. This particular circuit configuration beside generating the desired output harmonic, allows to stabilize the output power level without inserting any additive control and detector circuit. To detail and verify theoretical performances, electrical results obtained on a 12/24 GHz freq. doubler are given and commented.
