Abstract :
As the key process in the express business, stowage is often a “bottleneck”, directly affecting the efficiency and service quality of the entire business, therefore, the study has important significance and application prospects. In this paper, the basic business processes of intelligent stowage are put up with in the light of an express company´s business status and availability of resources. Moreover, the resource integration and optimization plan is developed to achieve the overall goal that logistic efficiency is improved and logistic costs are reduced with the help of simulation according to the basic principles of system optimization.
