Abstract
Assessment is a systematical process of collecting, analyzing and employing quantitative and qualitative data from different resources about educational programs, to improve student´s learning, and to evaluate whether Program outcomes are being achieved or not. This paper presents rubric based assessment plan for Accreditation Board of Engineering and Technology (ABET) specified A-K Program outcomes evaluation for Computer Science program. This paper also demonstrates an effective and efficient practical approach to evaluate the Program outcomes for quality enhancement.
