  • Abstract
    A scheme for recognition of working conditions is proposed by using expert system to overcome the complicated operating conditions and control difficulties result from the characteristics of cement decomposing furnace, such as non-linear, time-varying, large time delay and coupling. According to real-time and accuracy control requirements, expert rules that using real time data of temperature to automatic identify working-status and control scheme is given out to ensure real-time, meanwhile, using trend to correct control scheme which is made out by working-status to ensure accuracy control is established. The reasonable temperature control scheme is proposed based on expert rules.
