Abstract :
In this paper, we describe how we improve the efficacy of undergraduate students´ training by integrating students´ experiences in different competitions. Students are selected to join the robotics team to compete in various international competitions. They take part in different sub-teams. Team members are supported through mentoring by supervisors and experience exchanges with the other sub-teams. Various measures have been implemented in order to facilitate the experience exchanges and students can learn from their peers. With the correct guidance and a suitable team working environment, students can gain fruitful experiences and try different things beyond their comfort zones.
