Abstract :
This work presents the basic concepts of a Web-based CAD tool for the thermal design of power semiconductor devices. The system architecture is built on the dynamic HTML, PHP4 and MySQL technologies and provides remote access to the modeling engine of power semiconductor devices via Internet/intranet. The features of the programming language application, which are used while developing simulator have been reviewed here.
