On the Digital Construction and Development of Scenic Spots in China

The construction of digital scenic spots is a completely new research field. At present, the study achievements on it both at home and abroad are rare. This paper, based on the serious reality posed on the service and management of scenic spots, firstly analyzes the concept of digital scenic spot, proposes the necessity of its construction, and analyzes its current construction situations in China as well as the restricting factors such as insufficient awareness, being lack of effective cooperation and inadequate specialized talents. At last, it comes up with concrete suggestions from digital construction planning formulation, funds invested safeguarding, professional talents cultivation and introduction, aiming at enhancing the whole service management level of scenic spots in China, promoting scientific utilization and protection of scenic resources and enhancing tourists´ satisfaction eventually.
