Abstract
Any organization´s growth strategy in today´s economy has an innovation component to it. This means the people who make up such organizations must be innovators, who can then grow the organization based on innovation. Usually such organizations have technically competent professionals but also those who are not trained in Innovation abilities, either as part of their formal education or on-the-job. The proposed model here is a way to impart innovation abilities to professionals effectively, to create business impact. The training model can be a part of formal or continuing education and this model can be practiced across domains or environments.
