Abstract :
When network mode changes, the transition time analysis of the network is especially important, as there should be no buffer overload and all switches schedulable. To ensure the schedulability of each switch, transition time of the network is needed to analysis. In this paper we provide a method to solve the overload. An offset is introduced, it can be calculate through the windows. After several iterations we will get an feasible offset. However, the introduce of the offset could make no message lose, but it causes a delay of the transition time.
