Abstract :
In This work an approach to realization of algorithmic description of analog electronic device functioning in terms of hardware description language VHDL-AMS is proposed. The brief review of methods for describing device behavior and characteristics was given and the ways of algorithmic description realization in terms of VHDL-AMS on some examples was pointed.
