Abstract :
In this paper, a Ka-band in-phase high isolation planar six way power divider is designed and simulated. This six way power divider is realized using stripline on Low Temperature Co-fired Ceramic (LTCC) substrate. From 34GHz to 36 GHz, the isolation between all outputs are far better than 20 dB. The average insertion loss is 8.38 dB. It has a maximum phase difference of 6 degrees.
