Abstract :
The stated theoretical bases the methods of manipulation of signals in optical channels of communication for telecommunication computer systems. Advantages, lacks of different methods, design procedure of efficiency of a method of manipulation and introduction of this technique for creation of modules of compatibility with optical transmitters are submitted.
