Abstract :
A pilot sometimes makes an unequal action that quite often leads to flight incidents under complex interface conditions of aircraft and environment. A major objective of the current aviation science includes topics about personal and human element of operator, their probable effect for operator\´s activities under extreme conditions and determining reasons caused to pilots mistakes. Aircraft flight safety and high availability depends on these factors. This work deals with the analysis of the concept of "human factor" for operator\´s erroneous actions and psychophysiological characteristics of an operator are discussed.
