The article focuses on technology and tools such as enterprise resource planning (ERP), the customer analysis of algorithms, data warehousing, OLAP, CRM modules, combining with ideas of customer relationship management, to put forward the model and program of manufacturing enterprise customer relationship management application, which is the implementation of enterprise CRM, improve the relevance and effectiveness of services, and provide an effective solution.
