  • Abstract
The intelligent decision support system (IDSS) model for air-conditioning cooling/heating sources selection of city buildings was developed with the comprehensive indexes of energy utilization efficiency and environmental protection concerned at the same time. The knowledge representation mode and inference control strategy were analyzed, while the constructing idea, working procedure and realizing technique for knowledge base and inference engine were also discussed. The EDSS model developed using C language was verified to have small kernel and powerful capability in list processing and data driving, which was successfully used in the scheme choice of cooling/heating sources for an urban office building.
