Abstract :
This work describes a method of wireless internet access set-up by means of modern radiotechnologies. Beginning from April, 2000, after test data transmission of 103/sup rd/ transponder on ASTRA 19.2/spl deg/ satellite, a multimedia system of satellite asymmetric access to internet became available over the territory of Ukraine via European internet provider - Europe Online.
