After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

Efficient Store Management is one important strategy of Category Management, how to get the character of the store and how to classify the stores is the aims of this study. Using the Association to find the goods selling knowledge, building the similarity matrix, and applying the Fuzzy Cluster to classify the stores, so the special promotion to different type of store. The Precision Marketing is realized by the FCBA model.
