  • Abstract
    It has been noticed in our previous studies on UWB monopole antennas there exists a persistent gain drop over a certain frequency range of the FCC defined UWB band. In this paper, a systematic investigation into this phenomenon is presented and further insights into the operation of the UWB monopole antennas is obtained.
